About our Founder
Our President and lead designer, Sepideh Mianaby, started her journey in the floral industry 23 years ago in Israel. She has designed arrangements internationally and has worked with top florists to deliver the most beautiful flowers all over the globe. She branched out into events over the years and opened her event planning business in Beverly Hills in 2010. After much contemplation, she decided to move her business to Orange County so that she could be closer to her family.  She found that the customers of Orange County had a taste for high-end flowers and arrangements. So, with this in the forefront of her mind, she decided to move her floral business from Beverly Hills to Orange  County so she can offer her artistic floral creations to all the residents in Orange County with creative freedom, an artistic mind, and high-end taste in design. She offers the best quality products and designs to her customers, and this is how Ivory Florist was born, to provide top-quality flowers, plants, and gifts to the high-end clientele in Orange County, San Diego, And Los Angeles

Our Couture Florist is proud to provide quality flowers and plants for our clients. Our retail premises opened in 2011 after much demand from the California public who admired our events and our custom flower arrangements. Since then, we have blossomed into a full-service florist with both private and corporate clients. We owe much of our success to our outstanding clients, who challenge us to create original and stunning designs. Holiday Hours

We are open on Mother's Day (always a Sunday) and maintain extended hours during Valentine's Day Week, and Mother's Day Week. We are closed during the following six national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas periods. During the busy floral weeks of Christmas and Valentine's Day, we advise customers to place orders early to receive the best possible selection and service. We do our best to accommodate same-day delivery requests during these busy times. However, we cannot guarantee every last-minute order due to sheer volume. We strongly recommend that customers place orders two days prior to each major holiday.

Delivery Policy

Our standard delivery fee of $20 applies to orders for addresses anywhere within a 5 miles radius of our main location in Irvine, additional fees apply based on the mileage our driver needs to travel to hand deliver your flowers. Please note that there may be additional charges for special-time requests or rush deliveries. Also, for specific time requests, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee exact times. Orders for delivery anywhere in Orange County must be received before 4PM in the recipient's time zone to ensure same-day deliveries. Orders received after 4PM will be delivered the following day. International orders (except to Canada) must be placed telephonically and generally require 48 hours for delivery. Please note that we cannot accept international orders online. Refund/Cancellation Policy To provide you with the best possible service. you can cancel your order at any time if your order has not been designed and prior to delivery. However, if your order is designed, is en route, or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. You can call us at 949-545-3132 anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Return and Replacement Policy for Ivory Florist

Effective Date: June 27, 2022

At Ivory Florist, we strive to provide the highest quality flowers and excellent customer service. To ensure transparency and fairness in our business practices, we have established the following return and replacement policy for our valued customers.

1. Return and Refund Policy for Damaged or Problematic Orders:
- Customers must notify Ivory Florist within 24 hours of receiving their order if there are any issues or damages with the arrangement.
- To be eligible for a return and refund, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the problem or damage.
- Ivory Florist reserves the right to request additional information or evidence to assess the claim.
- If the issue is confirmed, Ivory Florist will provide a full or partial refund or a replacement arrangement, depending on the customer's preference.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.

2. Replacement Policy for Unwanted Orders:
- If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the arrangement they received, they must notify Ivory Florist within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers requesting a replacement must return the original arrangement to Ivory Florist's physical location.
- The replacement arrangement will be provided based on availability and will be of equal value to the original arrangement.
- If the desired replacement arrangement exceeds the value of the original, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
- Ivory Florist reserves the right to refuse replacement requests in cases of misuse or abuse of this policy.

3. Exceptions:
- The return and replacement policy does not cover issues arising from the customer's negligence or mishandling of the arrangement after delivery.
- Ivory Florist cannot be held responsible for variations in flower colors, as these are natural products and subject to seasonal availability.
- Customized or personalized orders may have limited eligibility for returns or replacements. Please inquire with Ivory Florist for specific details.

4. Customer Conduct:
- Ivory Florist values the safety and well-being of its employees. We reserve the right not to serve customers who engage in threatening behavior, including threatening the business, leaving false or malicious reviews, or displaying overtly rude and disrespectful behavior.
- We strive to maintain a respectful and positive environment for both our staff and customers.

5. Order Cancellation:
- Ivory Florist reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund at any time if we feel that we cannot serve you or fulfill your wishes.
- We acknowledge that our services may not be suitable for everyone, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that do not align with our capabilities or values.

We guarantee that all substitutions will be of equal or higher value and will not compromise the quality or beauty of the arrangement.
  2. Types of Substitutions: a. Flower Varieties: If a specific flower variety is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower that closely resembles the original choice in terms of color, size, and overall appearance. b. Colors and Tones: We understand the significance of color in floral arrangements. In the event that the exact color or tone is unavailable, we will substitute it with a color that complements the overall arrangement and maintains its visual appeal. c. Container or Vase: If the specified container or vase is not available, we will substitute it with a similar container of equal or higher value, ensuring that it enhances the beauty of the arrangement.
  3. Customer Communication: a. Notification: If a substitution is necessary, we will make every effort to notify you before fulfilling the order. If we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with the substitution to avoid any delays in delivery. b.
